After being a local loyal longstanding customer of tilletts I have now been banned from buying online? Reason being I am told 'excessive returns ' ? I buy loads more than I return so how come? So goodbye tilletts must say I will be alot better off now probably done me a favour ! The quality had gone downhill since the shop in seaview Street too...treating your loyal local top buying customers like this is disgusting..still shocked but your loss
