Easy ordering, good quality items at very realistic prices

First time ordering from Tilletts after seeing posts on Facebook. Placed a pre-order for a jumper that still arrived quite quickly. The service was excellent from beginning to end and I was highly satisfied with the item received.

Very unusual for Tilletts but my parcel arrived, what I had ordered was not in it. Wrong item sent. Contacted customer service who have sent out the correct item but due to new year post this still hasn’t arrived yet. Have returned wrong item to Tilletts.
