Came across the Optic-Kleer canopy in Sainsburys (Sydenham) car park. After a 2 minute chat, my windscreen was checked and booked in. 25 minutes later, windscreen chip repaired for £50. Quick and friendly service. Previously popped into Autoglass for the same chip, staff were cocky and quoted £250!!!!! Optic-Kleer are my choice if any further repairs needed.

Kevin was fab and absolutely saved our bacon! With MOT looming in 10 days and an ever growing list of advisories and parts to replace we desperately needed our windscreen chip repairing. We booked an appointment online at Halfords to be waiting around for 2 hours to be told they couldn't do it. I popped to the supermarket and Jon was there in his pop up tent, I had what I thought was a chip in my windscreen and needed a quote. Jon looked at my car and was able to advise me the best action to take. It turned out I didn’t need to do anything more than keep an eye on it for now as it was an old mend done by someone who didn’t quite finish it well. Jon saved me money today and I would not hesitate to use this man when I have a windscreen problem next time . Lovely to know the guys at optic- Kleer are honest friendly and reliable.

Had a chip on my windscreen repaired by Joe at Tesco in Kings Lynn, really nice bloke ( that’s what the 2 stars are for) he did the repair so I paid him and drove off. Then realised the damage was still very visible, it’s right in my view so very annoying. He has warned me the initial chip in the centre would be visible, but you can still see the cracks, very dissatisfied indeed. My mot is due next month so I will need a new windscreen now. Not cheap on a Range Rover

I had my windscreen repaired in June outside the B&Q in Farnborough. I was promised that the cost of the repair would be refunded by my insurance company within four weeks. However, five and half months later and I am still chasing my insurance company for the refund. How could people trust a company who makes empty promise just to get your upfront payment.

Needed a good windscreen removed from an Alfa 159 to tackle rust behind it , he passed me onto 'His windscreen removal guy ' who said it " was awkward to do", Now its no more awkward than any other screen and you're meant to be a professional with the professional equipment which cuts the bonding but he then said 'what if it cracks' ? Then if it does crack you have insurance, you haven't done your job correctly and you shouldn't be in the game I don't have to take and supply my own food at a restaurant just incase the cook burns it ! He said he " Doesn't want to get involved". Waste of time and the fitter is a waste of space.

Had a chip found these guys on line and location near me , Charles explained everything in detail . 30mins later all repairs completed. And to a high standard. Would recommend . 👌

Had the pleasure of meeting Charles George at sainsburys Heaton Park he talked me through the whole process and I stayed with the car as I finished my shopping he even talked me through checking my insurance and it was covered and no excess for pay and doesn't effect no claims bonus so he repaired 2 chips in 20 mins and we had a good chat and a laugh while it waited to dry and set and its like having a new window screen belting service and really nice bloke

Optic-Kleer Windscreen Repair. Fast, efficient and friendly turned things around within an hour of placing a call. Ian Watkins, West Sussex area, was a star, really nice bloke and super efficient. He moved his appointments around in order to come and repair a chipped windscreen. He was friendly and helpful. Thoroughly easy, simple, straightforward, fast, efficient service. Highly recommend.

Sorted out very quickly at Sainsbury's in Cobham. David was very professional and sorted out the chip very quickly. He also provided stickers to immediately cover any future chips to protect them before they can be repaired. He even pointed out that the windshield on my car had actually been replaced in the past (I was not told about this when I bought the car!). Highly recommended!!

We just popped into Morrisons Yeadon. Leeds and notice the Opti-Kleer van was doing screen repairs. From pulling into finishing it was 20 mins. The service eas excellent and we were guided through every step and the payment which turned out to be £25 and the balance via our insurer. Mr Ibrahim Khan was so fantastic and professional with a great chatty manner. He deserves a big thank you.
