Dave at Cobham Sainsburys was superb today. Fixed a nasty chip for me, very friendly and helpful service (including when I called him with questions beforehand). Really recommend.

I would recommend this service without hesitation. Mark Brett repaired my windscreen while I shopped. He is professional and customer service next to none. I started the morning thinking how difficult getting the windscreen repaired would be and finished my day wishing every chore could be so easy. Every company needs a Mark.

My windscreen chip has just been repaired by Julian of Optic-Kleer, in my local supermarket car park, while I shopped. When my Insurance broker told me that Optic-Kleer were not on my insurance companies list of approved repairers, Julian contacted them himself, and verified that I was able to have him complete the repair AND claim on my insurance with only my excess to pay. I feel that was above and beyond good service. The repair was completed carefully and efficiently (I returned before he was finished) and I won't hesitate to contact Optic-Kleer again should more stones fly in my direction. Excellent 5-star service.

We had chipped wind screen as we travelled up to Scotland and phone optic Kleer in Perth and the gentleman John could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to repair it as we were worried about travelling back and the chip getting worse.
