I've had a positive experience with deVere recently, as someone new to the world of preparing my wealth for the future. Specifically I've been working with Elena, one of the consultants in the Milan office, who has engaged with me to prepare a financial plan for my current situation and a plan for my future. Definitely unhappy with the services of Devere and their customer service. I moved back to Europe 4 years ago and since then “my contact person” moved from UK to Malta, to Malta to Italy and at no point Devere thought it would be good to inform me also at no point all the times they changed my contact person neither I received a communication about it or that person introduced itself and I think that as far as I am aware of, maybe during these 4 years at least 5 if not 6 persons “followed” my file! Always I discovered that someone new was assigned to me when emailing to ask something. It’s probably because my fund is not significant enough that I get so miserable attention but clearly I do not recommend.

Thomas Budd has shown more care and attention to our portfolio since moving back to Italy five years ago. He has provided good advise and patience with our circumstance and we hope this continues as we restructure our savings plan. Thomas is a genuine person and we’ve enjoyed this relationship as we did during our initial dealings with DeVere Group in Dubai.

I've been working with Elena in Milan for a couple of months, she has been extremely helpful in helping me get around this industry. I recently pleasure of speaking with Miss Bazley of DeVere Milan, she is a very Bright and informative lady, who listened and asked pertinent questions to enable her to build a full and accurate picture. Once doing so, she highlighted areas that would require further investigation and has not only followed it up herself but used the knowledge and experience of senior managers a very comforting approach. Her approach has been split between changing my investments into two strategies, one different financial products, the second long term property developments, for this she introduced me to another DeVere specialist in that field, but has also maintained a personal touch to ensure things go smoothly.
