I've bought cpap supplies twice from CPAP Supply USA: great prices, everything in stock, and shipped immediately! When you need cpap supplies, you need them NOW! That's why CPAP USA is so great. Also, the low prices let me buy spare parts--like extra hoses--that take the most wear and tear from pets.

Never had a problem accept for the last order in November 2016. One of the items was defected and after a bit of written altercation, it was settled. Personally I feel the prices are a bit steep for clients who have to pay from their own pockets and are not insured as accessories are required to be replaced every 3-6 months.

I like this site for supplies but don't like the fact I need a script for some things being this is not a pharmacy but a supply warehouse. Other than that I am satisfied with the experience and will be using it again.

Medicare has no companies involved in providing cpap supplies to those of us that require therapy. Medicare is archaic concerning medicine. Cpap supply USA. is my go to to prevent lung infections. I like thier loyalty program as every dollar counts.

I DO NOT recommend cpap supply usa! I ordered several items but they would not ship to me. They would not take my prescription and wanted me to go get another prescription. I travel alot and doctors appointments can be a major challenge for me, not to mention a total waste of time and money when I already have a prescription! CPAP.COM sent me everything I ordered right away, no questions asked. Save aggravation, go to CPAP.COM.

Ordered liners for a medium ResMed mask. What I received was something that wouldn't fit a very tiny mask made for a doll.

I did have one issue one time with a shipment, but they took care of it promptly and it didn't happen again. So, while they aren't perfect (no company is), they did genuinely try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. So I would probably give them more like 4.5 stars if I could.

Called avd they never called back to help me resolve prublem. Just said would look into why machine was not trasmitting data.
