Website is very awkward and long delays between screen changes. Sometimes web site becomes non responsive. Email link to sight is extremely slow and times out quite often. I am on a high speed cable connection and have new routers that support latest net protocol. Other sites seem to work better and price comparisons are not competitive with other sites. Cannot buy hoses or masks without a perscrption.

Everything was as expected. great and knowledgeable technician. But the chin strap I receive worked great for five nights when it stretched beyond usefulness. I soaked it in hot water which got me two more nights. I'm getting 30 to 35 hits at night while other masked allowed me 0.6 to 3. Those mask evidently stretched out after 6 months of use.

I can't express my appreciation for there was a couple of issues but the customer service was outstanding. The smoothness in fixing the problems was handle with extreme carenness that didn't make you feel stupid or frustrating absolutely professionalism to a tee. Thank you very much.
