CPAP Supply has great pricing on their products, the customer support is excellent. The only reason I don't give them a 5 star rating, is their lack of a customer friendly return policy.

I was not given a specific device to buy. I'd had a sleep study several years ago and it showed moderate sleep apnea and need for bipap I didn't have the funds to go through another sleep study, which my insurance required. I knew what the settings were so I called and spoke with the rep. I don't llke the machine, it's way more expensive than I planned or needed--but I got convinced that is was the right one. I tried two masks--neither were easy to use or helpful. I now have a very expensive machine gathering dust. I will go back to the sleep center when I save my pennies, get a recommendation for a specific machine, and go from there. laughably, I thought I was contacting a different company when I made my call-- the perils of google search.

I live in Okinawa Japan and when I visited my daughter in Utah I needed to order supplies for my CPAP. I went on line and found everything I needed at extremely reasonable prices. The sleep-apnea/CPAP experience is pretty familiar to me now after six or seven years and I have used CPAP Supply USA for at least five of those years. I started using a national chain supplier that was recommended by the doctor's office, but found it incredibly annoying to call the local number to order supplies and have the call answered by a national call center. I kept getting generic product when I specifically requested brand names. I searched the internet and found CPAP Supply. They filled my order correctly for Resmed and other brand-name supplies and they have been my go-too ever since. Great company and they understand that patient preference in product is critical to customer satisfaction.
