I called and was assisted by a very nice female associate who was patient and friendly. I then received my package a few days later. Two of the three items I ordered were immediately correct. I however thought I had received one wrong supply item, so I called and left a message. A friendly associate called me the next day to assist me. I really appreciated it. Turns out the mistake was mine.

I have been using CPAP Supply USA for YEARS. Have had nothing but excellent service and quality. Have never had a complaint with anything I have received from them. No experience with having to return anything.

Customer service was excellent and answered all my questions thoroughly. They clarified how to receive CPAP products with no prescription. Saved the hassle and dollars of having to see a MD. Delivery in two days!! Overall outstanding experience .

Ordered my travel CPAP on the phone so I could confirm I would receive it in time for my trip. They said it would arrive, tracker next day confirmed it wouldn't. Chat rep said it was rerouted to my hotel, it wasn't. 2nd chat rep told me the same, it wasn't. After I arrive and it didn't I finally convinced them to overnight a 2nd shipment and I returned the first. Didn't like the run around and inaccurate assurances but they came through and shipped my order only 3 days late.

The equipment itself all works great. I ordered CPAP items, which I need so I don't choke in my sleep. I talked with the rep in January. They mailed it and it got sent back without ever contacting me, and no reason for why they couldn't deliver it. After the promised date came and went, I aclled again. Every phone call is 25 minutes during my busy day. They sent it again and it got sent back! I finally got my items in early April. Locally my old worn out stuff held up. The ordering and insurance process works well, the equipment works well, but the delivery and communication support is terrible.

They sent extras that are not compatible with my machine. Would prefer to get just the things I ordered, and prices be lowered.

Your products are VERY cheaply made and flimsy, along with expensive for such a poorly constructed product actually fell apart the first time I used it, so, no, I would advise others not to use your company. We will never buy products from this company again

Only selected one star because Trust Pilot would not let me write a review unless I chose a star. I do not recommend this provider at all. Terrible Customer Service period!!! Just realized I have much better things to do than write about my horrible experience with CPAPUSA. Done!! I recommend 1800CPAP!!!!!
