They made a mistake with my order (sent one of my items to someone else) but responded to my request to make it right. They shipped the second item quickly and apologized for the mistake and delay. That’s good business.

Got my hard to find toilet parts on line from them. Luckily I was able to determine on my own which (model, etc.) ones I needed, but I think they can help you out if you cannot. All came in the mail just fine, with no issues.

I needed some Toto toilet parts, and they had the best price incl. shipping, shown as in stock. Based on a previous review that said they placed an order for an "in stock" item that turned out not to be, resulting in a long wait, I contacted them regarding stock status. I got a response from Brian almost immediately that the item was in stock, and could be shipped that day if I got the order in soon. I did so, and got the parts quickly. It turned out that one of the parts was cracked, possibly prior to shipping (this part is packed by Toto just in a plastic bag) - it would be easy for the picker to miss the problem. I contacted Brian about this - he apologized for the problem, and got a replacement shipped to me promptly. The broken part was unfortunate, but stuff like this happens, especially for "bulk" parts coming out of a bin in a warehouse. The real measure is how a company responds when there is a problem, and my experience was great. I'll definitely shop with them again.
