Either way I’ve booked before and the company holds my credit card details so I don’t know what the issue is. Upon request of asking them to delete my personal information was given no assurance other than to delete my account. Be cautious if you are happy to have bots keep all your personal information for potential fraud. In obvious breach of GDPR and financial services authority guidelines.

Germany | 02 July 2022Mittlerweile eine reinste Katastrophe. Die Klimaanlagen defekt, die Mixer und die Player ebenfalls. An der Hotline wird man mit Promocodes vertröstet die nicht funktionieren. Wirklich traurig. Security achtet mittlerweile darauf dass kein Gesocks mehr da sind, dafür wird aber mit dem Equipment nichts gemacht.

Germany | 01 July 2022We booked a Podcast-Studio in Hamburg and we were happy with this studio. It was nice, quiet and we had great equipment for our recording. So all in all perfect conditions to record a new podcast episode. We will definitely come back here :)

Germany | 30 June 2022Zehn Minuten vor Beginn der Buchung der SHOWCASE- Bühne wurde mir diese mal eben per SMS ganz lapidar gecancelt... und das Geld, immerhin fast 100 €, nicht mal zurückerstattet, sondern als "Credit" einbehalten. Super daneben und unverschämt in meinen Augen (mal abgesehen vom Orga- und Kohle Aufwand für die Generalprobe, die dort stattfinden sollte und die nun geplatzt ist). Werde bei Pirate nur noch im äußersten Notfall buchen - und damit rechnen, dass ich dann am Ende möglicherweise ohne Übungsraum dastehe...Wenn ich könnte, würde ich null Sterne geben...

Highly recommendable.

Germany | 22 June 2022I were there a couple times now and it was overall a great experience at the dj studios. The first time I had an issue with my booking where it got cancelled twice but I got all my money back as fast as possible so that wasn’t a big problem. The dj gear is in a used condition but I think that is something that isn’t possible to change and it also prepares you for the dj gear in clubs which is sometimes not in great condition. I also like the community and the way pirate works with the community. 5/5 Stars.

Preis geht auch klar…ein wenig Partybeleuchtung wäre noch cool :) Ist zwar schade dass nicht jeder mit den Studios so umgeht wie es sein sollte, aber was will man machen. Menschen sind nun mal Menschen. Am Studio an sich gibt es nichts auszusetzen und ich bin echt froh sowas um die Ecke zu haben!
