United Kingdom | 01 February 2020Upon calling to confirm our rental the day prior to pick up we were informed that the car we booked was not available and we given an upgrade. This wouldn’t be bad but we chose our original car based on cargo room and the vehicle we received was smaller and made it difficult to fit our luggage.We took delivery of a car with 3/4 tank of gas but we required to fill the tank. When we set out of the motorway Our hood was not fully patched causing us to pull over and fully close it. Overall the rental experience was average.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2020I did read a few 1 star reviews before renting, so was nervous about renting. I rented the Maserati Ghibli 14/Dec/2019 and last week 10/01/2020 the Porsche Panarema. No issues whatsoever. Deposit was refunded in full. The first time they let some stuff slide and even gave me a whole extra day for free. Those complaining are upset their deposit was kept after literally crashing and denting the car. Erm, that was the deal, and guess what? You can take out hire excess insurance, so even if that did happen, you would still get your full deposit back...American Express do it automatically. The other complaining about the staff being rude, well they do seem maybe a little stressed from dealing with arrogant rich people all day, but I did not detect anything unprofessional whatsoever. I'll be renting the AMG-GT next.

It might be a small detail but it makes you feel "dream collection" instantly. Everything went smooth and fast, also when returning the car. The overall experience was excellent, but only 4 stars out of five because the car had a minor but annoying defect.

United States | 17 December 2019I had a great experience with the 2019 Porsche Cayenne Coupe. This was my 4th rental and I always call Sumit, since I live in San Francisco, to reserve a car and this time he went over and above to ensure that I was afforded unlimited for the Cayenne so that it would suit my needs that I explained to him. Sumit has been excellent each time I have rented a Dream Collection car at Heathrow. The Cayenne Coupe was great and I had no problems at all. It was unfortunate that it was not an "S" (like the last 2 times I rented a Cayenne S) because it did not have memory seats or electronic steering positioning, which was manual to my surprise, and no rear window wiper, that would have been nice since it rained so much and it was hard to see out of the rear slanted window, especially when it was raining at night. I was also surprised that the car could not be programmed so that the passenger side wing mirror could dip down so that one could see the curb therefore avoiding scaping the 21 inch wheels. I had to be extra careful, especially on a car of this value, to ensure there were no mishaps. I think it is an essential option that is standard on most cars but I am aware everything is an extra on a Porsche, especially if it is not and S. Overall though, I really enjoyed the car and it made my 8 day rental very enjoyable. The Cayenne's are my vehicle of choice when I visit England as it is just the right size and fund to drive.

I wound up leaving the lot without a receipt or documentation of the return. I had to trust the dream collection team that my car would be mark in for two days until Monday when I was told I would receive a confirmatory email (which I did). The end result was great the process needs some work.
