This kennel has literally been the best investment worth every penny and more, the level of service is truly bespoke. They catered for all needs and worked around what was realistically needed and didn’t try to harp on and forcefully up sales and add extras they trusty worm around you the staff are wonderful paying is a doddle and they truly work around you bespoke to the. True definition and if like my dogs you’re don’t sleep out in the kennel the I insulated sleep area makes for a great hang out . And the kennel is easy to clean. I’ve even fallen asleep in it with my pups but I do clean it daily :-) love the well thought out design with the drainage holes. Insulated side holds its temperature well like I said I fell asleep in it myself ha Again if and when i need such a service I will and do recommend others to put your faith in the guys at the Kennelstore !

Excellant service from Emma in the sales office who patiently discussed my requirements and confirmed the order prior to it being dispatched. A glitch in the dispatching of the order was immediately and very effectively rectified by Emma who ensured delivery as promised. The courier service was brilliant too , fitting the overlooked order in late on the Bank Holiday Friday afternoon ariving early evening. First Class Service and communication -WELL DONE The kennel is great too.

Absolutely brilliant service

The panels are great, and just as explained on the packet (may be ordering more shortly if funds allow). Just a bit of delay over the delivery, and communication good and friendly but not the greatest - that could be improved. If you know there is going to be a short delay, you can factor it in, but if you are expecting "24-48 hour delivery" it can be a bit of a bore if it takes five or six days.

We've bought kennel panels from another company for many years, but due to a change in the quality of their panels, for the worse, plus awful customer service we tried kennelstore for the first time. We will be ordering from kennelstore in the future. The weld on the panels was excellent, the price is competitive and they were delivered quickly. I only wish we hadn't put up with the other company for so long.
