Very helpful to deal with, the run we purchased is really good quality we are impressed. There was a small problem and it was sorted out very quickly and I would recommend this firm to buy from, they are reasonably priced the run is of very good quality and if there is a query it is sorted out efficiently and with no fuss.

Helpful with questions when placing the order. Confirmed the lead time then were able to improve on that considerably which is what we needed. The guys turned up on time and worked solidly. Very polite. Product looks good, just needs painting by me. Time will tell how it will perform with all the dogs in but looks solid enough though there are a number of areas I may need to add chew strops to until the pups stop destroying things!

Great product, and good service but lost one star due to the fact that the advertised next day delivery did not occur. Courier delivered one small package on next day delivery (the bolts) but not the three main components. After contacting the company the rest arrived 3.30 pm the following day (which was the day my husband had off to instal the run). It would help if company told customers the courier reference in the first place so customer can track the delivery.

We have received part of our order and the 2 panels that have arrived are fine. Zero communication on delivery which is unusual as most companies either email or text to let you know a day at least. So 2 panels turned up out of the blue as part of the order. Waiting for the rest to arrive. I would not use Kennel store again on the basis of my experience so far. Probably not the best idea to ask customers to place a review when the order has not all been delivered!

Kennel quality excellent as good as they say. Fitters were prompt and kennel was erected in a very short time. We chose one large kennel but will be getting another one now we have seen quality. All round quality service. Highly recommend.

After having contacted several other suppliers who promised to give me quotes and delivery dates, it was a pleasure to go to kennel store discuss my requirements and be told that if I ordered on their website by midday delivery by courier would be arranged for the following day, true to their word my panels arrived the following day. Would recommend to others.
