Ordering was easy, contact was very good, unfortunately i was given a 8 to 8:30 delivery and installation slot which ended up being 10:15, when the lads arrived they were very professional and fitted the Kennel in under and hour. Would have got 5 stars if they had arrived on time.

I would certainly recommend this company and after having tried several other so called 'heavy duty' kennel panels that have not been heavy duty at all, these panels are of a different calibre altogether for very reasonable cost and really do the job

The site is easy to navigate. I found what I wanted. All was delivered quickly and without damage. Only one issue "special requests" this section comes near the end of the order process, not sure what they expect to see but obviously not a request for 4 longer bolts. I was not supplied with any or any mention made about the request. It would have been good to at least have an acknowledgement even if to say sorry can't supply, or should have contacted us, something. Apart from that the panels put together easily, and all functions as I hoped. Good products well finished I would buy again.

Not got the kennels up yet but very prompt delivery. Ordering a bit long winded as my first card was rejected and when I tried with another card had to start all over again as basket was now empty

The cabins are beautiful,they came fully assembled which is great but couldn't get them in to dog runs, however they were really easy to take one side off and then reassemble in dog runs just using a Allen key.Very pleased with them
