Another great experience with CrowdComms. Super quick and helpful replies from Chloe Niblett, great onsite support from Phil Sidebotham and attendance tracking was so much easier being all in one place and no codes.

CrowdComms are always super helpful - both our onsite support (Ben Peters) and account manager (Henry Hall)! The mini kiosks we used are really quick and we had no queues at our event. The app was great and our attendees love it.

Aweful app User interface looks and feels is not a modern experience … it feels like a 20 year old form filling journey. Password refresh is a developer experience not a client one. Sorry … feedback is a gift though.

We worked with CrowdComms for our Spring Fair in March 2024 and I could not recommend them enough! Their on-site team were friendly and efficient throughout the event and the badge kiosks are super quick. The team leading up to the event have been super fast at responding and really helpful to ensure our event ran smoothly. A big thanks to Henry for all of his help through this project. We used their Self-Service Platform for our registration - it was super easy to set up and add in our exhibitors, sponsors and different ticket types. The perfect, user-friendly system that requires no high-end knowledge of websites or event platforms! We will be using them for our next event in September!

We went with 7 printer kiosks for our 1300+ person events and we were blown away with the performance of the team. During the lead up to our event, the team was responsive, helpful and very pleasant to work with. I never waited more than a day for a reply to a question, their inhouse designers made my work a breeze setting up, the admin team were available for regular calls to discuss concerns or questions, and they had wonderfully clear deadlines, documentation and templates. On the day we had an unfortunate hiccup with tech - no one's fault but the problem solving, and professionalism shown by the team on the ground was outstanding - to the point many attendees never even knew there had been a problem. Everyone expects something to go wrong while managing events, but having the CrowdComms team and their dedication to care and service meant that it was an absolute breeze to solve. Our attendees loved this system. In previous years, we'd have people queuing for up to an hour in lines for pre-printed passes. With CrowdComms, I never saw a single attendee wait more than 5 minutes from arrival to having their badge on a lanyard and heading into the event. If people have filled out their badge info wrong, don't worry. The CrowdComms team was able to reprint on the spot with correct info - gone are the days of me fixing badges with a sharpie. Our attendees were so impressed as well - for many this was their first conference with printer kiosks! We will definitely be using CrowdComms in future.

Our organization approached Crowdcomms in May 2023, searching for a new host for our community platform. From the beginning, they have had fantastic communication and transparency around the capabilities of the platform, and reassured us they could accommodate to what our community was looking for, all within an impressive timeline. Crowdcomms have been there to support throughout the project, and are easily accessible via the live chat and responsive on email. The CMS is incredibly easy to use, it's an intuitive platform with little training required, making it great for platforms that require regular updates and host frequent events. After only a couple of months, we have built an incredible platform that has been well received by our members. In summary, I would recommend Crowdcomms to anyone looking to host an app for their community!
