We had less than 6 weeks to launch a virtual annual membership meeting in CrowdComms. Our success manager, Sarah, showed us how to set up the features to our liking, customized the home page template option to our brand perfectly, and their development team made the tiniest adjustments in the platform that no other virtual event platform would do for any client! 11/10 overall experience.

I've been using Crowdcomms for hybrid and virtual events for seven months and have found it compares very well to other event platforms on the market. Building out a branded event site is straightforward with the user interface being intuitive to use. There are enough features to accommodate most requirements for hybrid/virtual formats e.g. agendas, attendee/speaker lists, live polls/Q+A, networking functionality etc. Most importantly for me the platform is robust and does not fall down due to coding bugs. Level of support from the Crowdcomms team is good.

We are extremely grateful to the CrowdComms team for their support, flexibility and professionalism - we couldn't have pulled off a successful Peatland Pavilion at COP26 without them - and may not have passed the planning stage when considering a hybrid event! I loved the support from the team, though In my case given we had very short time more support would have gone a long way. Also given its the first time using it, having a couple walk throughs of the Plattform with some speakers before the event would also be fantastic.
