Great communication before the install and the engineer I had (Drew) was very polite and professional. As soon as the install was done I had +500mbps straight away! The wiring on the outside of the property was done neatly too

Ikraam was brilliant. He arrived on time and kept me informed with what he’s doing every step of the way, making sure I was satisfied with where things were going and answering all my questions (of which there were many😊). Top man!! UPDATE 26/11/2024 The broadband signal was haphazard, most of the time we got excellent signal upto 500mbs but it would drop suddenly without any reason. Not reliable. Customer services was poor, it took days and numerous chases for anyone to get back to deal with our complain. We have now cancelled the contract (within the 14 day period) and reverted to the existing provider.

Drew came this morning, he was very considerate always wearing overshoes. He was delayed due to waiting for the hoist, it was a metal pole which he is not allowed to climb.. None of this was his fault, but all done now.. Thanks Drew..
