Ordered some headphones but did not get a confirmation email. Sent an email to them, next day I had a telephone call from them and also an email confirming receipt of order. Then found their first email in my spam box. Excellent service, headphones arrived two days later.

OMG!! What a business model others could learn from. From start to finish - ordering to delivery was excellent and seamless: Good tech advice and product knowledge. But, what was especially gratifying was the call 10 days after taking delivery to ensure product was suitable and working wel!! It’s a 10 from me!!!

We purchased a number of headsets for our small sales force. It was easily to select compatible headsets from their website and payment and delivery was simple and prompt.
