Both Leah and Danielle were extremely helpful. While the cable for my headset wasn't right they were very prompt at helping me get the cable replaced. It now works fine and the headset is of good quality so I think it will last - many thanks

Excellent service all 'round. I was not sure what an EHS cable was, and when I placed the order it was at home, so I didn't know my phone model. I had an email from them requesting this to ensure I was given the correct EHS cable. I suspected this would allow the phone to make calls without lifting the handset, and this is the case. The Sennheiser SDW5016 is excellent and works perfectly. Very clear call quality. The attachments for holding it to your ear could be better and I will look around to see if there is anything different - in fact, I think I will contact Danielle at Headsets4Business to ask. I received a call and an email after delivery to ask if there were any problems and did I need any help. Couldn't have been better.

I was looking for headsets to buy for the charity that I volunteer with for us to use when we provide emergency assistance in a call centre. Being a charity in receipt of a grant, it was particularly important to me to find the best option for us. From browsing the website I had an idea of what I thought might work but Danielle was super-helpful at talking through our needs. She arranged a no-obligation trial and patiently re-arranged delivery so that the headsets would arrive for our training night. After the trial I had a few questions which Danielle talked through with me so that my colleagues & I felt confident with our choice of headset. It was really helpful to have a single point of contact throughout and Danielle was excellent. We're awaiting delivery on Monday having placed our order on Friday afternoon - impressive! Based on my experience so far, I would certainly recommend Headsets4Business, thank you!

Excellent Service. I was unsure which headset to purchase and so used the online chat which was very efficient. Within 10 minutes of my purchase I had a phone call to say that the item purchased was out of stock but they could send out a loan set until the stock arrived. They then contacted me when the stock arrived to tell me my order was on its way and would be with me today - it has just arrived and that the loan set will be collected tomorrow. I would recommend this company just for the service! ps - I even got a surprise little packet of Haribo sweets in my parcel - thank you.

Service I was afforded was unbelievably good . Especially in this day and age when most things are 'press this for this and this for that' and indescribably difficult manuals to negotiate. The fact that this company have a genuine landline with a human-being who knows what they are talking about was a godsend and I am absolutely delighted both with the service and the product that was firstly recommended to me then provided to me and lastly set up step by step over the phone.

Great service and really helpful. Sadly the units weren't for us and so needed to send them back. No quibble and got a refund quickly. I will go back to the drawing board but will, if I need to, use them again. Also, I would recommend them.
