I just had the one item, not very big, but quite fragile to be collected from London and taken to Manchester. I was worried about using a courier service and used Elephant Removals who were extremely helpful and accommodating in getting the package safely to its destination. Great removal company and very competitive prices. We packed ourselves other than the large items and the removal company were punctual, friendly and helpful when our car battery was flat. They kept in contact with me over a month, when we failed to exchange 3 times. They were accommodating with our changes in dates and VERY quick loading and unloading. Thanks! Highly recommend.

They were great and very helpful for my move. I mistakened my selfstorage room opening times but they were flexible enough to let me leave my belongings overnight and help me out again the next day.(but ofcourse for additional cost) thank you for the help and flexibility

Unpunctual, unprofessional and attempted to overcharge me for 3 extra hours because I was not there to supervise. Kept spam calling me with 2 numbers, & poor communication between the driver and the managing team- reported me different prices at once! Wanted to charge me extra hours without proof- not mentioning he arrived so much later than agreed time (4pm instead of 2pm which was arranged) which also caused me big troubles to liaise with the people at the destination. Advice for people using movers- keep all your proofs of pick up and drop off times! They randomly tell you duration and overcharge. Can provide screenshots of emails if rebutted. Absolutely disgusting service.

You get what you pay for. We moved from a two-bed flat to a two-bed house nearby. They are cheap, but were not professional. They struggled to carry large items between four of them, when two people got those things in. They left marks on the floors, doors and walls, which were deducted from the flat deposit. I would not recommend them unless you are on a tight budget.
