I had an excellent experience using the Medfinder service. They reached out to over 100 pharmacies on my behalf and maintained consistent communication through text messages while also being available by phone. Despite the severe shortage, the company successfully located the medication. Although I had to use the service twice due to the medication's scarcity, they refunded my first purchase when they couldn't initially secure the medicine. It did feel like a miracle that this drug was found, but I would have never checked an Costco pharmacy without them. Overall, I found Medfinder effective, and I'm grateful for their dedication and support.

This service helped my medication that is in short supply these days. They flexibly allowed me to change the dosage after I submitted the form, communicated promptly, found the medication within 3 days, and worked with me when the place they found it at did not take my insurance (offered to find it again at no extra charge). The staff worked diligently to help me locate my medication. The first pharmacy gave them false information and didn’t have my medication, so I was given a refund. The staff communicated with me the entire time through text and email and kept searching. They located another pharmacy, close to my home, that same day! Very nice staff, great customer service. FDA shortage and they still were able to find me a box. Also very easy to work with. They understood that I did not want to travel 4 hours in one direction for my medicine. An hour and a half later they had provided me with a pharmacy only 30 minutes away with what I needed.

I signed up for the service on a Saturday night after I heard about it on Reddit of all places. That being said, I was a week from being out of my meds and couldn’t find it anywhere myself. Signing up with Medfinder was easy. Anytime I had a question, I got a response very quickly. This isn’t a scam, I thought it was at first. Peter was the person I corresponded with throughout this process and he was AMAZING. During this medication shortage, this team of people were my saviors. They never gave up. After searching for several days, they finally found my meds. This is not a scam. Fill out the form and they text you to confirm receipt. Then they text you once found with name and phone number of the pharmacy. I spent hours calling places with a 200 mile radius with no success. Insitio found the prescription at a place close to my home that I didn’t even know had a pharmacy.
