They found the meds I was looking for within 2 hours. Then when it turned out that I didn't need the meds because my primary pharmacy has a dose for me, they said that I could have a credit for next time instead of saying I was out of luck.

Amazing service. They found my first pharmacy within an hour. However, I had some trouble with this pharmacy (nothing to do with Insito though), and when I mentioned this, they immediately went ahead and found me a second one. I had no issues with the second pharmacy and was able to get my medication by the end of the day. They’re very, very responsive and communicate mostly through text (just two or three emails to serve as confirmation). I couldn’t recommend this service enough! If you can afford it, this will save you days or even weeks of headaches.

I was looking for Zepbound. I bought my search at 8 am and they had contacted me with a first option at 9:30 am. That didn’t work so I texted them back and they found a second option that did work by 1:00 pm. They responded quickly to text messages. I’ll be using them again for sure.

I had success with my medication for monthly supply twice. It was very easy and friendly even if we had to start over. It was a good experience I would recommend to anyone having trouble finding their meds.

Medfinder is easy to sign up with and they get to work, finding your med(s) right away. They are my go to for hard to find meds! I couldn’t find Zep anywhere in my needed dose. I cannot recommend them enough! I am on Zepbound, the injection that everyone is also apparently on, but I have had zero issues with obtaining my medication. Medfinder has been the greatest website I stumbled upon. Reasonably priced, excellent customer service. I heard about this service on Reddit and I was pretty desperate for help finding my medication. The website is very simple so I was a little skeptical but it was inexpensive and I gave it a shot. Not only did they find my medication within an hour, they called and had the pharmacy hold it for me while I transferred my prescription. Also, they TEXT you!! No logging into a portal or sorting through emails. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

I have used them twice to get the very hard to find Zepbound. They found it for me, both times, within 3 days. The second time I used them, they found it, but then the pharmacy ended up not having it. I texted them and they called around again, and found it within 1 day at a different pharmacy. Finding my med was awesome, but the fast responses to my texts was even better. These guys are simply the best. Will 100% use them again and highly recommend to anyone!

They found me a medication that’s perpetually in shortage within 4 days—two of which were the weekend. It was a 30 min subway ride away (just a few miles but it’s New York) and a very helpful pharmacist on the other end. The first two they sent me didn’t work out but they kept searching until they found one that did. I don’t know how they do it, but it’s a great service that I’ll probably use again.

The pharmacy system is so much more archaic and disconnected than I thought. This service is probably one of the most valuable services out there hidden gem! Even thought they are needed they are super kind and flexibility to make sure you get what you need. ❤️

I signed up with Medfinder to find my medication and during their search my normal pharmacy was able to fill my prescription and I asked Medfinder to stop the search and save it for next time. The next time I needed to find my medication they were able to find it within a few days during the weekend! They are easy to get ahold of via text message! I will def use them again.

Calling multiple pharmacies, worrying about my next dose…been there done that, I don’t have time to have that extra mental burden each month! After I signed up, I waited maybe a day before I got the text that they found my medication. Now you might need to call BOTH your old pharmacy and the new one to make them talk (my old pharmacy insisted they needed to call), but today I have my medication in hand, and peace of mind for another month. Incredibly grateful for this service, I’ll use it again and again!

Skeptical but hopeful (and extremely discouraged) after 4 full days on the hunt for a local pharmacy who could fulfill my scrip for ADHD medication in this international shortage. I signed up around 9:00 am on a Friday and assumed I wouldn’t hear back until the following week. However, around 3:00 pm I received a text stating they found my medication only 3 miles from me. This gave me just enough time to contact my provider (which they can/will do for you, I opted out as I didn’t have his email on hand), ask him to forward my scrip to that location and go pick it up before the weekend. The MedFinder who texted me was thorough, super friendly and honestly my hero! Lol. Will most definitely be purchasing more med searches as it took 95% of the stress and anxiety out of the whole process for me.

Insito Medfinder has been FANTASTIC. I’m taking one of the GLP-1 medications that is impossible to find right now due to nationwide shortages. After a few weeks of struggling to find it on my own I paid Insito and they found it within 24 hours at a pharmacy in my city! I just used them again for the second time and not only did they find the med in 24 hours, they did it on a weekend. This is money well spent for sure and I will definitely be using them again!
