We love your flowers their quality the packaging etc. However, we were not home when they were delivered and could not reach anyone in your company by telephone which was a problem. Furthermore between my telephone and email inbox it was flooded with messages either from you or the delivery service, really too many, and this is annoying. Otherwise, we love your service.

This delivery was part of a gift subscription I got for my sister as a house warming gift for her new apartment. The first delivery as part of the gift was double charged to me and this delivery now would have been the 4th one and it was sent to me instead of her address even though the previous deliveries went to the right address

The flowers arrived a day late. The delivery was cancelled at the last minute due to a typo / could easily have been resolved with an email or phone call…but that would have needed a human being. Flowers, when they got here, were beautiful. Why ruin a good service by using such crap couriers?

For the last four months the courier does not deliver our flowers on the first attempt. We have been in every time and the courier always cancels the order stating that they attempted to deliver the flowers (which they haven’t). We receive them the following day and the flowers are amazing.

Nightmare! They’re completely ruined my birthday! I’ve ordered the spray roses for 29th of April - today. DPD will deliver them on Tuesday 2nd of may, because this awful company didn't choose the weekend delivery service when they send the flowers ! They will not responding for email, don’t pick up the phones- probably is a fake phone number. Edit: I’ve got a replacement and a partly refund. Thanks

It would have been good to get an automatic update once the flowers had been delivered. I was sending them as a gift, so I wanted to know if the recipient had received them.
