I ordered flowers for a friend last Friday and didn't think twice about it when I saw the Order Confirmation on the Flowerbx website. By Monday, I realised I hadn't heard from my friend, hadn't received any texts or emails confirming the delivery but when I looked, £75 had been taken from my account by Flowerbx. When I emailed in to enquire what had happened, their Customer Support rep informed me I had selected "Next day delivery" beyond the time allowance, which had caused a glitch in their tech, and the order had not gone through. I raised the point that if I hadn't contacted the team, the money had been taken from my account regardless and I would never have known about this/my friend would never have received her flowers. I was told it's the responsibility of the customer to check for Order Confirmation emails at this stage to ensure the order has gone through...! Ridiculous. Will not be ordering from them ever again as my faith is completely knocked in their ability to fulfil orders, whilst taking their customer's money.

Flowers died within 2 days

Ordered 20 long stemmed white roses, but 20 medium length ones turned up. I've been a customer since they started, and all the roses over the past decade or so have been incredibly long. Now they're the same size as M&S ones - just £44 more expensive. This is supposed to be premium brand, but like too many other brands like this they seem more concerned with their cashflow. Fwiw, I don't mind paying for quality, it's just that the quality bit seems to have gone out the window.

Speaking personally, there is no other platform where I know the flowers are delivered perfectly in an incredibly elevated way (I love the packaging!). For every friend, celebration or big life moment - I’ve made over 20+ purchases from the website and they have all been perfect. Whenever I think flowers I think FLOWERBX!

When my daughter was born 4 years ago my friend bought me some flowerbx flowers - they were by far the most beautiful floral gift I had received. From the packaging to the flowers themselves, I was so impressed. It’s by far the most beautiful and elevated floral service we have in the U.K. (and the US)! Not only do these flowers look good - these flowers actually last!! I now use their service to send flowers and everyone who receives is so impressed!

I signed up for a subscription and recently received hydrangeas which looked amazing on delivery. Unfortunately, they began to wilt on the second day and basically lasted for only two days, even though I followed the attached instructions. It is such a shame because my first delivery was great - the roses lasted for more than a week - and I was expecting the hydrangeas to be the same quality..

Ordered vase and scissors for a birthday present for my son’s girlfriend. Came promptly and nicely presented. He is sending flowers separately also with flowerbx.

Excellent all around. Best quality flowers, delivered on time at a reasonable time. Consistent over many deliveries the last few years. There has only been one glitch, and that was a substitution because the requested flowers were not available in a suitable quality, so Flowerbx chose another. When I asked about it, they offered a free bunch of flowers in addition to the substituted ones. Customer service were excellent to deal with.

The flowers don’t last. Really poor, probably the worst I’ve ever bought. Hydrangeas lasted max 3 days. Sunflowers sent as compensation arrived droopy and only drooped further.

The flowers were too old, The staff were sooo rude, the delivery was late after my order being cancelled and I don’t know why, there is no customer service telephone number, no one answers? I wanted the flowers to give as a gift for my friend’s wedding but the flowers came to late so I couldn’t give it as a gift anymore. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THE WHOLE SERVICE IS SO RABBISH. It was my first time buy from flowerbx and it is my last time

I can't say enough good things about Flowerbx! Their service is simply outstanding, easily the best flower delivery company I have used. Not only did they deliver the most gorgeous bouquets of flowers right on time, but the selection they offer is incredible. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and lasted for weeks after my event. On top of that, their support team is so friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact flowers I wanted.
