I placed and paid for the order on 21st Feb. I phoned on the day of delivery, spoke to a polite and helpful man (sorry I can't remember his name), and asked him to tell the driver to put the delivery on the path (not the drive), he professionally said yes no problem. But told me the delivery driver had phoned in sick, but an alternative driver was on the way. When the delivery arrived, the driver phoned me (as I was out), quite simply, I think he struggles with English. I asked him twice to put the steel on the path, he said ok (or equivalent), and promptly put the delivery on the drive. Then on the 25th I got an invoice via email. The invoice didn't say 'paid' or 'if yo have paid, ignore this invoice', so it caused me some stress and time, looking up or double checking that I had indeed paid. Apart from the above FH Brundle would have got five stars. Thank you.
