Starting with the positives, the product was well priced and shipping was quicker than expected, which was a problem because I wasn't able to be around when the delivery took place. On the negative side despatch quality control needs improving. The water butt arrived covered in DPD tape where they had needed to reseal the cardboard packaging which made little sense until I realised the box was wet! It then became apparent why this was, the water butt had more than a litre of water in it and this had obviously leaked in transit. I know the whole purpose of the butt is to store water but I don't expect it to arrive already filled and this raises the question about how the products are stored and why it wasn't dried out before shipping. I would still use Ample Store again but for a first experience with them this was not ideal.
