The company claims to provide "100% real followers" and promises "organic growth." However, when I received my followers, it became clear that they were fake or bot accounts. These accounts had minimal followers themselves but were following hundreds of other profiles. Most had only 1 or 2 posts, and none of them engaged with my content—no likes, comments, or real interaction, despite numerous posts on my end. To make matters worse, Instagram eventually demonetized my account, citing the use of bots, which directly contradicts Upgrow’s claim of organic engagement. Upon realizing this, I immediately requested a refund. While they initially assured me I would receive a full refund of $700, they have since stopped responding to my inquiries. I also noticed several positive reviews on Trustpilot, but I can't help but question their authenticity. If the company has access to large numbers of bot accounts to inflate follower counts, it stands to reason they could also use those same accounts to generate fake positive reviews. Just something to consider. All I want is my money back. I’m willing to seek legal aid if necessary. After seeing other people’s negative experiences on Reddit, I suspect there are several others who would be willing to take legal action as well. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly caution others against trusting this company’s promises.

There are some issues from time to time which I was expecting for a growth service but it's alright fixes the issues whenever I tell them.

They are a SCUM! I paid what they asked and never received what they promised. Instead my Instangram Followers are disappearing day by day. And is since 10years I have build up my followers. It’s disgusting how this can happen only because you trust an online platform, which is still there to steal money from people! Please do something, how we can stop those fake people? It's great until you try to cancel. I've been trying to cancel for 6 months. I've been trying to contact them. They don't respond. My account has been paused for 6+ months and they keep charging my card. They don't respond to their chats, tickets, emails, voicemails...nothing but continue to charge my card. Don't subscribe to their service. Everything she is saying below is a lie. I'll have to change my credit card number to get them to stop charging me. I hope someone sues them. Smh
