This business is an ABSOLUTE JOKE.... do not click anything on their website EVER! I had a look to see if it would suit me and saw the Get Started Free button... the word Free generally means no charge... So I followed the form. It then tells you about their plans. Now I was getting started for free right so silly me assumed that they were transparent and honest about this and that it was a trial period with plan costs afterwards. NOOOOOO how I was wrong. I went through the form and clicked the plan to start after the trial period if I'd like to continue, but soon found my card had been charged $1100AUS!!! What the actual FFFFFFF.... So, I got into my dashboard, account settings.... Find you have to TALK to a staff member to alter or change your subscription. By now my blood was boiling. Got on the chat that was supposedly 24/7 help. Theres a note at the top, we'll be back tomorrow.... Im now at the point of rage. As a freelancer, that money is all I've got at the moment, 3 kids to feed and rent to pay. 24 hours after this incindent and over 10 chat messages that get responded to sporadically and I'm being fed bullshit.. 1. How about you try it for a month and if we dont produce results for your account we'll give you your money back... NO THANKS, I want a refund NOW. 2. OK, we'll partially refund you and you can test it for a month.... NO THANKS, I want a refund NOW. 3. Ok, here's a link to a calendly appt. They provide a great boost for my account. My page was a little stagnant so I decided to use a growth service to get me out of the slump. They did a great job of helping me have growth.

The prices for the subscriptions are affordable. The service that I was looking into were much more expensive than upgrow. And those services were offering bots and fake accounts.

I have been requesting to cancel since November and I am still yet to speak to a team member. When you attempt to cancel through your account, it directs you to the 'chat'. You are then told that somebody will respond to you later in the day and to enter your email address. I keep the chat open for hours and it stays inactive. I check my emails and days go by, nothing. When I log into my account, both Instagram accounts linked with UpGrow are paused and the last invoice I received was in November (Invoice #— 9008940 Invoice Date— Nov 20, 2024 Invoice Amount— $99.00 (USD) Yet I am still being charged on a monthly basis. I feel like I have been scammed. I really liked the service in the beginning but I never experience such bad customer service.
