I wish I could give it a 0. They did not come close to delivering what they promised. 90% of the followers were out of the country. I gave them several months. They all come up with the same excuses. Trash! There response was ridiculous and dishonest. We worked with them for months. They knew from day 1 what the issues were. Spend money on them if you have it to waste! I have reached out several times in chat before my review. They ignored me!

Tried upGrow for one month. While I saw a nice spike in followers, the quality of those followers were garbage (and I have since deleted and blocked). All seem to be bots - new or private accounts with very few posts or followers. Yet all are following hundreds or thousands of other accounts. The dashboard is nothing but easily-scraped data displayed in fancy charts and graphs. The "live feed" is questionable at best. I was looking to reach potential customers for my business, not some arbitrary number of followers just to appear more popular.

Used Upgrow for a week and was absolutely not impressed. Extremely expensive platform for what you get, we run an automotive business and we specifically selected that we wanted follower in Australia and with interests in cars, out of the 70 odd followers we gained in the week, maybe 1 or 2 had a visible interest in cars, however almost every follower was international, had only a handful of posts on their page (the ones that were public) and none of them interacted with our posts or page. I strongly believe that they are mainly all AI bots, scam pages that are setup for this platform to market to, and gain your "organic" followers. Complete scam that is hyped up by the internet. Feel ripped off!!

I did not sign up for a trial, I was a member who paid the amount. Upon trying to resolve and attempting to cancel, it charged me 100 dollars. I asked for a refund since I was not satisfied. I was informed that I was going to get a refund between 5-7 business days. Never got the refund. Its been a month. Then today, just got a notification from my bank, that they attempted to charge my card with the subscription. The audacity. Please keep up with who canceled and asked for a refund. I ended up having to lock my account since I didn't authorize this transaction.
