They did not provide the promised growth. So I canceled and requested a refund as their policy promises to provide if unsatisfied with their service. Instead of giving a refund, they additionally charged for a month of subscription that I did not sign up for. Also, I could not write a Google review as it is not an option. I suspect this company is dishonest. Do not buy their services. Edit: Upgrow, you can try to remove my review and say the lies you say, but my bank has already contacted you, and you will refund me. I have screenshots of every conversation as evidence of your fraudulent business conduct that I am more than willing to add to this review.

Although Upgrow offers a lot of features and growth options, I can't say I'm 100% satisfied with my experience. When I had any issues, their support was very fast to respond, but the results fell short of my expectations. I was hoping for more significant growth in a shorter time frame. While the service isn't bad or subpar by any means, there's definitely room for improvement.

I couldn't be happier with my decision to try Upgrow. The results speak for themselves-my IG page has seen a big boost in story views/posts likes, and my follower count has grown as well. As a newer customer, I'm hoping my page continues to see traction!

Total fake followers. Private accounts all created within the last month. Now I'm wasting time removing these as followers. Don't bother with Upgrow. Better to grow your account organically.

My experience with Upgrow has been a bit of a roller-coaster. While their team was responsive and supportive. I had expected to see quicker follower growth. It took longer than I anticipated to see significant progress, Which left me feeling somewhat disappointed.

Upgrow did a decent job with our lead generation needs. While the results were satisfactory, there were a couple of instances where I felt communication could have been clearer. However, their customer support team was responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Overall, my expectations with Upgrow was positive. However, their support team was always there to address any concerns promptly, which I appreciated.

Upgrow has effectively replaced an agency we hired to run ads to grow our account.

I have been using upgrow to increase my Insta followers and as they say its all AI based promotion, but over the time I found out all profiles have similar patterns and similar photo sometime. Also my followers came from bangladesh, which is very bad for my demographics.

Upgrow resulted in my IG account growing by giving me accounts that were all located in Bangladesh. This is disappointing as I had selected only United States in the settings. Additionally, the accounts do not engage with my content and are questionable in regards to being real people.

Had a great experience with Upgrow, Just like there name they grew my social media reach out and boosted the analytics in reasonable time. Well deserved 5 stars from me.

Getting new followers but fake ones and no interactions

Outstanding but costy. i am happy with their service and the performance for our social media business. But it's a bit pricey, Despite our analytics improved.

Honestly working with Upgrow over the pat few months has been fantastic. I do social media marketing for a toy e-com company and I have been able to grow our page quickly and it's saved so much time and money. Relatively small monthly payment compared to how much you save using alternate methods. Great software that has helped tremendously! Kudos to the UpGrow team!

I've gained 1,000 followers in 3 to 4 months on my Instagram, even though the plan promised over 1,000 followers per month. Unfortunately, most of the followers I received are fake profiles.

Try it Yourself-- We've tested at least a dozen different growth services for our agency clients over the past 2 years and Upgrow has been the best(so far). Stable and fast growth for our client niches, great support, and their deep analytics are a plus.

SCAM!!!! Stay away, all claims are fake, all followers are fake accounts that are all private, all follow the same tag line on their profile, they all say: bla bla "Age: 29". They always have more followers than are following and never more than ~200 following. It's really weird, and people completely outside my target audience like teenage boys following an ED recovery account for girls, makes no sense.

Have been using Upgrow for 2 months now and very pleased with overall results so far. Pretty consistent ~100 followers per day on the basic plan. Definitely recommended trying it out for a month.
