The support team is always helpful. They're always there for me when I need help. I wish more companies had support teams like UpGrow done.

This is the biggest scam on the internet. Their service is complete BS, and I was too late with finding that out. The followers you gain are all bots, and if you ask for a refund they refuse and try to avoid cancelling your subscription. PLEASE think twice before you use their services: if it’s too good to be true then that’s most likely the case.

They back up their promises of real followers by delivering real followers. I can't count how many times I've seen growth services advertise organic growth but then deliver bots and fake accounts.

I found my new growth service home with upgrow. They have been extraordinrily helpful in getting followers for my account. The other service I used never could work like this.

The company is a complete scam. I paid for a one-month service, but they enrolled me in a subscription without the ability to cancel it myself. When I contacted support, they didn't respond to my email, and a month later, when I hadn't even used the services, they charged me again for another month. After reaching out to support, they refused to issue a refund, explaining that they had charged me for the previous month when I had blocked their payment. Allegedly, I owed them. This service is impossible to cancel. If you purchase anything, you simply have no way to cancel without contacting support. Terrible service and a scam.

The followers are high quality as usual. I have never expected anything lower than real followers from them and they met my expectations week after week.

Their service was easy with no hassle. Their website and dashboard were easy to use and the followers arrived in a timely manner. Rarely ran into any problems as well.

Fake accounts will follow you. I have been trying to get hold of support for 1 week now and NO Response. Pervious reviews say " You absolutely can cancel anytime with one click directly from your dashboard—there is no requirement to speak with support. If you had trouble finding the option, our support team is available 7 days a week to assist." This above IS FALSE, THERE IS NO ONE CLICK DIRECTLY IN YOUR DASHBOARD TO CANCEL. I am force to call my credit card company and dispute/change the credit card. AVOID at all cost

DONT USE UPGROW. SCAM! You can't cancel nowhere. It's all bots and fake accounts. You can't stop the flood of new followers after realising it's all trash. When you talk to them to ask for cancelling the subscription, they answer with more questions. There is a dashboard where it says "Manage Subscription" but when you click on it, all you can do is chat. Don't use it. Don't waste your money. UPDATE: Reply to UpGrow Reply. Untrue AI-generated answer. There is NO WAY to cancel. ALL FOLLOWERS ARE BOTS AND FAKE.

I specifically signed up because I wanted followers who are real. Now sadly my account is bombarded with followers who have nothing of value to add to my brand although I used specific growth settings to target a particular audience not even one follower is of my target audience so basically useless. I have tried to cancel but apparently there is no cancel button it basically takes you to messages which aren’t being responded to. Now my account is under a temporary ban because I have had to remove all the useless followers gained. Sigh. while I no longer need their service anymore, I had a great time. I was able to reach my goal in a quick time and had no trouble during the process. I will definitely use them again in the future if I come up with a new goal or something.

DO NOT USE! SCAM!!! Signed up and there is no way to cancel. Not through the app, just goes straight to live chat, where there is no one! Still waiting for response from the team to cancel! No one gets back to you and its says people working 247!!! All the followers are fake accounts and your cant see if they are real as they are private. SCUM BAGS

I have had some great results so far and it's only been a couple of months. I'm excited for the future and to see where i will be in the next few months.

You won't regret using Upgrow whatsoever. If you go anywhere else, you'll definitely come back to this place because there is no other service like this one.

They are real deal growth service. A bunch of services out there claim to give you real and organic growth but they're all automated. You won't get anything but bots and fake accounts, but with this service, you get real followers.

They've a trustworthy service. There was no shady business pwhen dealing with them and they were very open about their service. They also gave me real followers as promised.

They have the best staff here. Almost all of the services I used before had subpar staff that were rude or impatient or simply did not care about any of my questions or problems that I was having.

I contacted this company to find out how to cancel if I wanted to subscribe because of how prevalent this complaint is in the reviews. On the 8th of January 2025 Dee posted a one star review complaining about being unable to cancel and the response from Jessica at Upgrow on the 19th Jan 2025 was that you could cancel from the Dashboard. When I contacted the company, this is actually a total untruth aimed to discredit this unhappy customer as the opposite response from the chat "Marco" states the following: "Thank you for reaching out and for considering our service! I completely understand your concern. Previously, you could cancel directly under the Manage Subscription section on our website. However, due to recent updates, that option is temporarily unavailable. No worries, though—if you ever decide to cancel, just send us a quick message, and we’ll process it immediately for you. We aim to make the experience as seamless as possible." I'm definitely not trusting these people with my business or credit card information!!
