I had a good experience with the staff I’m only giving 4/5 stars because I had an appointment for a tour and drove 30 minutes out of my way and they were closed other than that I had excellent help

My experience with Davinci Virtual Office has been extremely disappointing. They charge for a service they do not provide. I paid for a full virtual office package and did not receive any of the promised services. Additionally, communication with their team is terrible; they never respond to emails in a timely manner, and when they do, the responses are vague and unhelpful. I feel completely ripped off and would not recommend Davinci Virtual Office to anyone. Avoid this company at all costs.

I used Davinci Virtual some years back but had to discontinue it for personal reasons. I just reapplied for another virtual office, and as before, the process went well. Akiko was my Customer Care Setup person this time, and she was wonderful and professional in handling my situation, which was a bit challenging. She listened and was patient, understanding, and expedient in her response. Thank you, Akiko, and thank you, Davinci Virtual, for your support!

They are very dishonest about their terms. During my call with their sales representative, I asked if this was a monthly payment, and she said YES. Later, when I decided to cancel my account, they told me this was a 6-month contract. Others should know about their predatory sales strategy and lies. I am going to Regus instead of them. Regus is way better, cheaper, and offers better service. Their customer support is also top-notch.

This was the first time I had set up a virtual office. My rep, Tia, did a superb job of shepherding me through the process. When I needed clarification she patiently explained what I needed to do.

It has been 10 days since I made the payment for a virtual office address. So far, I have not received any confirmation regarding when I can use the address. The Customer Service Specialist is unprofessional. She kept sending me the same content emails three times to request for two IDs. In fact, I attached my two IDs two times in response to her first and second emails. Moreover, I called the Customer Service Specialist afterwards to figure out what documents I have not provided. She replied to me that "you have not provided the answers to her questions in the initial email". In fact, I have provided my answers to her question in my responding email. I don't know why the Customer Service Specialist did not read my email and was unwilling to identify what she really needed. All I complained was supported by emails. It really waste a customer's time. I regret that I chose to use Davinci's service.
