I have been a happy DaVinci customer for several years but a recent purchase has me in regret. Do not purchase the entity formation package from Davinci. It is through a 3rd party vendor that does a poor job withDaVinci. And communication. If I could do it over, I would have either used a different vendor or did it myself. Working with Legalinc is a waste of time and money.

The online notary process is simple, but could be clumsy at times. My cell phone photos had difficulty. I had to use a tablet to get it to work.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely slow in responding and promised my address would be ready in 2 days, but now, 4 days later, they are asking for more paperwork even though I provided everything on their checklist. I clearly stated my urgency from the start, and now I have to switch to another company because of their unprofessionalism

When I Joined this service in April I was so happy I was thinking I was working with professionals but this soon turned into a nightmare, I never get any service done, communication is horrible, they promised to forward my mail its been over 3weeks it has not been done when I ask why nobody can give me an answer one person tells me it was done, another tells me they forgot, they never forget to charge me, they kee having this '' mail check fee'' to see if you got mail and they charge it, but when its time to deliver the service zero, you send e-mail asking for explanation they remain silent, basically the service is horrible to inexistant, no customer service, no follow through , extremely slow, I am totally disappointed I thought a lot before putting this review but hopefully you will find a better company to handle your business as of May 28th, I am officially very shocked of how the past 7-8 weeks unfolded with this company.

Not a smooth beginning! Their packages come with many things, however I just wanted it for the live answering service. I was unable to use the live answering service until I signed up for everything they offered. This is ridiculous! They also want private and confidential information, which is carelessly handled. There is no protection of your private information being sent via email. How many people are viewing, printing your personal information! This is careless and, disrespectful. Their protocols must change immediately. Anyway, I am paying for a live answering service and so far I am only hearing a recorded message. This is day six of a headache!

I have been a Davinci customer for almost 3 years now, without any major complaints. And to this day, I have never experienced a situation quite like the one I recently encountered in March 2024. I had an issue with billing regarding invoices and an administrative request for documents. What I believed to be two seemingly uncomplicated issues became quite complicated very quickly. My requests for documents and revisions of my invoicing quickly became an interdepartmental nightmare. Three separate departments were brought in to resolve the issues. Yet it was only one individual who made the arduous task her own and personally took the responsibility of seeing my issues resolved. With great professional courtesy and unwavering due diligence, Ms. Brandi Garcia, Lead on the Customer Care Team, somehow managed to get everyone on the same page and cooperatively participate to resolve my concerns. Everyone learned something throughout the course of this ordeal, yet Ms. Garcia took personal accountability for the project and provided me with outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Being a 15+ year veteran of the customer service industry myself, her level of consistency and commitment was top-notch. She assisted in retaining a customer that day. Thank You for the superior service, Brandi! it was greatly appreciated :-)

It was a great experience. They made the process simple and because I wasn't able to sign up right away Grace Tuffour did weekly reminders until I was able to signup. The process is easy and they offer a very good service. Give Grace a raise!!!
