I used National Moves for a big move within London. I thought the service upon initial quotation meeting was very good, professional, and the service manager, Alex, was excellent. Open and honest, extremely trustworthy, and was realistic. Then on the move itself, I was even more impressed. Alex, himself was there overlooking and actually participating in the move as well. And his crew were great. Again, very trustworthy and friendly. My family were even comfortable with them. I would highly recommend these guys for any move, big or small. it's well worth it. Great experience - rubbish collection was organised expertly by Charlotte and executed expertly by Bradley and Alex. They took care and lots of patience with my elderly parents. Very grateful!

Hi, National Moves transported our kitchen under contract from another company. Initial communications with Alex were good. However the collection team arrived almost 2 hours late. They rubbished Alexes promises collection slot. They forgot the cleaning equipment leaving us to clear up, despite Alex’s assurances that they would do a complete job. The took a chunk out of our kitchen door. When this was raised, Alex said that we had to show that they did the damage, and without photographs we could not do this. They promised to send a repair kit for us to do ourselves. The team were not Covid aware, no masks, one did not wear gloves, and they managed to drop and break one of the tall units. Overall, a poor performance, complicated by untruths, between management and the delivery team, with refusal to acknowledge damaged they caused. Please consider very carefully how you employ this operator.

Both Dom and Andre were amazing from start to finish. They stayed overtime and helped us in every way. They were friendly, talkative and made us feel comfortable the whole time. Would definitely use them again!
