Had problems with this firm from 2021 new door fitted constant drafts and problems firm decided we needed a complete new door and frame started to have problems after a few weeks drafts and seal coming out of the frame decided we need a new frame supposed to come out Friday 10th January at 10am rang up at 11am only to be told this crap 💩 firm has gone into liquidation

Before stumbling across YCD Ltd I had contacted about 5 different companies and even ordered a door via someone else which ended in disaster! From the first contact with YCD I felt like a valued customer, they were knowledgeable turned up when they said they would and I felt assured at every step of the process. I do not give 5* reviews lightly as customer service is not UKs strong point, so I wholeheartedly recommend this Company and the Director should be proud of his team they are superb!! What a company fantastic friendly polite cheerful, explained everything about the door we purchased Anthony gave us information about which door locking system etc very impressed by him, Paul came to the house such a gentleman no hard sell gave you info suggested alternatives but still our choice,then Jamie the fitter,he was polite considerate of our home, kept everything clean and tidy,again nothing too much trouble, then Holly,she kept us informed on how things progressed another friendly polite and professional person can't thank them all enough worry free all through the process excellent firm would suggest them to anyone wanting a new door.Thankyou one and all.

Great company and absolutely no hard sell just true facts on the doors the manufacture and install. Start to fish has been completely hassle free and the fitter has treated our home with the upmost respect. The install is fantastic and not a bit of dirt or dust left for us to sort

From the first point of contact with Holly, meeting with Paul and on completion of the installation by Jamie and Ant of 2 doors and bifold doors I can say that the service was such high quality and very professional. Just brilliant from start to finish! Paul gave us all the options and advice that we needed to choose the right doors. Holly in the office was spot on with the admin. She kept us informed right through the process and gave us all the after sales info within an hour of completion. Jamie the fitter was on time, very courteous and super efficient fitting the two doors and left no mess at all. The doors look fabulous. We have dealt with lots of contractors over the years and I don’t think we’ve ever had such fantastic service. It’s really great to find a company who do such a wonderful job so efficiently and with so little fuss. Absolutely 10 out of 10. (..and I never usually leave reviews!)

Can highly recommend YCDL. From start to finish the whole team have been excellent. So helpful at the beginning of the process and the fitter was superb. Extremely processional, and we have a beautiful composite front door!

We had a slightly complex project as we wanted to keep our period stained glass sidelights, but this was no problem at all to YCDL. We also wanted a very traditional looking door (had been looking at wooden doors but they were way over our budget). Paul and Anthony helped us with every detail and nothing was too much trouble. The result is a beautiful high quality composite door which is neatly fitted and our original stained glass sidelights are safely back in place within a new frame. It has given the house a real facelift while keeping the traditional period character. Cannot fault the service throughout, and the price was very reasonable too. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company!

Requested a quote to replace our front door, received a quote which was competitive. I proceeded with it after a few days, received an email confirming one of the owners would be able to come out to measure up. Arrived on time and very professional and friendly, confirmed requirements. He advised door may take upto 6wks but had a call after 4wks saying door was ready,arranged a date to fit. Fitter arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. Cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was happy with everything which I was. Yorkshire Composite Doors are very friendly and never keep pestering to buy. Would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service from start to finish! We were first introduced to Paul. He was friendly and really knowledgeable on all the products available and was able to show colour samples, examples of previous installations and showed us a cross section profile, detailing how well the doors are made. There was no pressure sales tactics, just genuine advice given throughout. Once we has decided on which doors we liked, we were then introduced to Anthony who came and did a site survey to double check all dimensions etc. Again, Anthony demonstrated excellent knowledge and was easy to talk to. At no time was there any pressure selling or extra add on's to think about. When our doors arrived, they were fitted by Jamie. He was professional and courteous at all times and showed respect whilst in our home. The fitting of both doors went smoothly and he cleaned up afterwards, but to be honest, he didn't make much mess! Throughout this whole process, Holly has been fantastic. She has kept us up to date on delivery dates, answered all our questions and has ensured all admin and certificates have been provided. YCD are a wonderful company to deal with. Their whole ethos is to provide the right service for each customer and they genuinely want to ensure you're happy with your choice. They give a very high level of service, which is something you don't see much of these days! If you’re looking to change your doors, we can't recommend them enough.
