You blew my mind with separating the cools from warms. I still don’t get it but will play and let it soak in!

I really enjoyed to watch Eli Milan and her daughter freely express their techniques and accompanied with a very nice presentation of their workshop to make it a very worthwhile way to spend two hours of just absorbing what these two ladies have to offer!!! I myself have been a practising artist for over 40 years and could really identify their process as it is very similar to my own - abstract/expressionist/collage. The ad grabbed me, but what was shown at the masterclass was completely different (I mean the picture). Yes, what I've learnt was with good value but the lesson was more for selling rather than showing how to. Even if I go back to the video, I need to search the small but important information spreaded in 3 hours material. It is unnecessary time consuming. The professionalism is obvious but the knowledge offered was dissatisfied at least for me keeping in mind the length of the video and the picture.

I took the "How to Create an Expressive Floral Painting" masterclass to see their style and teaching abilities. I am very pleased with the lesson and the results. Both Dimitra and Elli are great teachers. The truth is I was worried if I would be able to paint as they talked, but, actually, it was very easy to understand and paint along with them. I have never painted so loosely and so expressively. This, for sure, will not be the last lesson I take form the Milan institute and I highly recommend it.

I have watched 3 videos from Milan Art Institute so far and I’m so impressed with what I have learned! I can’t wait to begin classes! Thank you so much for sharing your years of experience with us! I can’t wait to learn from you!

I watched the video, and gained some useful knowledge. I will watch again, paint along and try out your techniques. They do create some beautiful results.

I didn’t like the process from start to finish. I didn’t have most of the products that were used. Finding them unnecessary. I couldn’t follow along because the camera work could have been better.

The way Milan and her daughter communicate is very special. Their care and ability to just "share" with others is exceptional. It is all very theta.

Really love the enthusiasm of Eli and Dimitra. Love the techniques they are teaching and love their art in general. If anything, I would appreciate if they were more explicit about the colours they are using and more explanations as to what colours are cold or warm.

From the time I discovered your school off painting I thinking every day ,the day i ken start this school to painting with you. I watch almost all yours video and I like your style,is something l thinking before I discover you,haw I kan keep to painting realistic combined with abstract.Tis is what I need and I hope very soon I am with you .I specify I am self taught artist and I hope you help me to create better art ! The courses are very explicit and well organized, very interesting and useful concepts and techniques, by such competent and well-known artists. I learned a lot of things.

It didn’t mention the use of pan pastels in the materials list which were used in a major way for the first layer. I wish I’d known…

Så inspirerande ni är. Det som jag saknar är att det går fort att titta på penseldragen och se vilka färger som används. Har svårt med språket efter en hjärnblödning och inte är aktiv i språket. Så annars hade jag anmält till många fler klasser. Är så gott som nybörjare så inte allt är självklart. Ska försöka översätta till engelska
