I enjoyed and learned a lot from the teaching methods on the courses I have taken.

I appreciated their authenticity, their skill, and their willingness to teach in the moment, not just with words. My only suggestion would be for you to look back over the video and perhaps make a pdf with the basic principles you said that are crucial to the method (water based to oil based; light to dark/dark to light, varied brushes and types of brushstrokes using each etc).

I didn't like that there is a lot of talking but no explanation of how drawing is being made. I wish it was more explanation. And the advertisement didn't say it is about oil layers. It said you will learn drawing abstract art.

Great explanations with sympathic and talented teachers :-) Makes me want to paint again and start all over! It really gives me motivation to paint!

Milan Art provides high quality art education and inspiration that is often free or at an affordable price for people like me who are on a limited budget and can’t afford the Master Program. Their love for art and teaching art is why I keep coming back for more. I am continually inspired by Milan art’s content and family and would highly recommend them!

The tutorial relies upon a specific style of source material—one that is already realistic and abstracted. This means applying the information to future work may be challenging without explanation of how to make said sources. For those of us who purchased the tutorial post date of the 'live', perhaps a voiceover using explanations could have supplemented the work. This would be in place of being able to ask questions while the 'live' was happening. Dimitra stated that it was difficult to paint and speak, and I think that came across while she tried to explain what she was doing or how artists could employ the techniques. Overall I appreciated watching the tutorial I think there could be value added.

The entire Mastery Program is super! I have learned so many new things and discovered new possibilities during this time. Completing the program in a year is a big effort, but there is always the opportunity to do it at your own pace also. It`s great to be a part of the Milan Art community and this support will continue even after the end of the program! But what I admire most is Milan` s Family dedication. You really share everything you know to help others. The way you help overcome obstacles psychologically and spiritually and always at the right time is incredible. I don` t know how you do it, but help always comes at the right time:) The most important thing for me behind this entire super program is the right energy. What you do and share is admirable! Thank you!

I wanted to brush up on my skills after being out of the art business for 20+ years. This was a fantastic experience. They covered the details of techniques procedures. They encouraged creativity. They encouraged you to jump off the cliff on your own and realize that you really can fly. It’s fantastic experience. I encourage anybody who wants to develop their artistic skills and creativity to sign up and go for it. Make sure you attend the coaching because that’s invaluable. The only thing I wish is that there was more available coaching times during sections three and four, but that’s when you’re learning to be on your own anyway so it wasn’t that bad. That’s the only constructive criticism that I have. I’m getting all my bits and pieces in line so I can apply for graduation hopefully by the end of this month! I’m so excited and I’m so glad that I attended the Milan Art Institute. Fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.

All the learning! The classes are amazing and the group super supportive! I have learnt so much ♡ I'm still in part 1 after a year, due to life..but I'm now so busy with Art now I'm going full time at Christmas ♡ How amazing! I would of never of even dreamt of doing that before Milan, so encouraging!!I can not wait to do more classes♡ I can not wait to go to a retreat one year! ♡

Your program gives all: teaches techniques, biulds a character and personality of an artist, gives suppport and courage. You are doing great!

I just got back from a 12 day retreat - painting with the Milans in Italy. This is an extraordinarily talented - and kind - family. Elli Milan is my mentor and she is also a wonderful teacher. I am also in the Mastery program moving from a few months working in oils to the next part of the program which is all about mixed media! I’m very excited. I feel that I am supported in the program and that my skills and creativity are continually expanded upon as well.

This was the worst online course ive taken. She couldnt find her words and kept forgetting what she was talking about. I gave up aftet 45 min or so.

My skills and confidence have increased with the depth of assignments and instruction. So many classes to enrich my growing art practice.
