The delivery was prompt (and free as my order was over £45) and the items were brand new and packaged nicely. Keep up the good work. Would love to see some lower priced everyday wear kurtas on your website too.

United Kingdom | 18 July 2021Okay so I am just about to place an order but I am a tad bit confused because your returns policy is contrary to the UK LAW. If you buy online in the UK you have a legal right to return within 14 days. If I do purchase I will be purchasing with my credit card so my money comes back anyway. Can someone please confirm your policy and why a full refund is a NO NO? Reply to the below. I didn’t threaten you . What I said was I am a lawyer and I know the statutory law in the UK! And that you were breaking the UK Law by not accepting refunds . I then directed you to the GOV.UK website and the online selling rules. I also reminded you of your legal obligations to your customers under both the Consumer Rights Act 2015 formerly known as the Sales of Goods Act! Also you didn’t “ explain “ anything you just repeated your mantra of “ I wouldn’t help you even I could” because you “ threatened me”. Despite the fact that all I said was “ if you don’t refund me I can get the money back via the credit card charge back and or from the small claims court “ ! Honestly, stop being so pathetic and bold when you can’t even follow the laws of the country you so proudly TRADE in! UPDATE : If it helps my real name is Shamma (which you already knew because you could see it on WhatsApp). In any case I’m not lying, you’re breaking the law by not refunding people. Instead of being so worried about my name shouldn’t you be worried about your illegal trading practice ? (Ps I purchased some lovely clothes from Khaadi in Westfield and guess what they told me ? You can bring these clothes back within 14 days, if you have any issues”. Take a leaf out of their book. For avoidance of doubt. I’m not bound by any law to buy from you. But you’re bound by the UK Law to protect your customers. Ps- TP have already been in touch to validate the integrity of my review and decided it is a legitimate review. Your customers should be aware of their rights .

Came in store for refund or exchange but staff were very unaccommodating and refused using COVID as an excuse. Advise from GOV UK: You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason. Very unhappy and would not be shopping here again.
