Great customer service. There was an issue with my delivery address. They efficiently tried to resolve it, once notified. Nothing was too much trouble, their customer service is really good. As for the no returns policy, it is clearly stated before purchase. So people should not complain about this, as it is made very clear. I have placed my second order of suits and sent some to my mum as well. Very good quality, highly recommend them.

Please save your money and go else where. Spent £172.00 on poor quality, fit and sizing. Every retailer offers returns except these people apparently due to COVID. Feel free to read my reviews on all of their social media sites. Appalling service.l am adding this after getting the below reply accusing me of wanting to return items l have worn ! I ordered six suits which l received late afternoon/evening time yesterday. Why would l wear clothes l am not happy with. Again please avoid it’s not worth the poor quality and service.please be aware that this company regards the process of trying on something as having worn it so try on at your own peril. Awful to deal with.
