Amazing trainer and thought-provoking group activities that helped me grasp Scrum.

I am a data analyst looking to make a career pivot from the non-profit world into the private sector. I have never used Scrum in a professional environment. I really enjoyed the course, my Scrum trainer was very lively, interesting, kind and knowledgeable about Scrum and Agile and how to apply it in a professional context. I learned a lot about Scrum and do feel that I would be able to apply it in a work environment. In addition, my trainer shared a lot of great management tips, and I really appreciated the way that he taught empathetic leadership. I rated the course 4 stars and not 5 for a few reasons. The first is that my class was very big and full of a lot of folks who had used Scrum before. This is OK, but a lot of time was spent asking/answering very specific questions about using Scrum in their context. I felt this left very little space for new folks (read: me) to ask more basic questions. The second is because so many folks were asking about their specific "scrum" application (and I put it in quotes since many people were doing scrum in a modified way at their org), a lot of the Q&A was people sharing info that wasn't going to help us pass the CSM test. And for a newbie, was confusing since a lot of people shared and discussed how they actively deviated from the Scrum framework. In sum, I feel I need to do more studying. Because I'm new to Scrum (this course was advertised as Scrum 101), I'm not sure what of the content from the two days will be relevant for the test. My recommendation would be that it's fine for folks to ask specific questions of a scrum expert, but during those times, I would have preferred to be given a practice test or exercise to work on independently. That would have helped me come up with more specific questions and made me feel more confident that I knew the format and what was coming on the test.

The professor, Sasha, was very knowledgeable and made the class fun! It's a long two days but the way that the course is laid out and broken out into group work made it much more enjoyable and easier to learn the new material!

Just completed both the Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner courses provided by UC Agile. Sasha did and amazing job teaching the course and preparing the class for the exam. The course was very interactive, fun and full of great information you can apply immediately to your own job setting. I highly recommend the UC Agile team if you are looking to up skill and become more proficient in Scrum.

I had a good experience overall. Raj Kasturi is a very good trainer, who was well prepared for the classes. I enjoyed using Miro, and the Zoom breakout rooms.

Really enjoyed the class and the enthusiasm of my instructor Raj Kasturi. Very knowledge and passed the CSM on first try.

The course was amazing but the purchase benefits seem elusive. I still have not obtained a cover letter or a decent resume for this economy or job market in the USA. I am a little disappointed in how the company is not showing up reputable.
