I completed UC Agile's Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) courses, and my experience was exceptionally positive. Besides the high quality instruction from Bonsi and Aakash, what stood out was UC Agile's flexibility. They accommodated several rescheduling requests without any hassle, demonstrating their commitment to student convenience and success. I'd recommend and would continue my professional development with UC Agile if given the opportunity.

My class was a great experience overall. It did a fantastic job of strengthening my existing scrum knowledge, as well as teaching me lots of new things. There were a few minor issues, however: One, the class was advertised on Scrum Alliance that it would be taught by Jeff Mckenna, but the class was taught by someone else. They were a fine instructor, but it would have been nice to know going in who my actual instructor was going to be. Two, the class schedule that we were sent did not match the instructor's intended class schedule. This prevented us from covering all planned material as several students had to leave due to other obligations. The advertised schedule should be updated to reflect the instructors' lesson plans. Three, students were discouraged from using the zoom meeting chat for asking questions. This led to some tension and unnecessary discussions which was much more distracting than the meeting chat. Overall, the class was great!

CSPO training has more than met my expectations. Training was well organized, clear and easy to follow and the instructor Serg Dmitriev was very knowledgeable with excellent presentation skills and helped me to understand all scrum concepts and product owner role.

This was an excellent course. Bonsy is a skilled leader and clearly has great confidence and experience in Scrum. Enjoyed the scrum approach to training, the small group breakouts, and learned so much.

Bonsy had a collaborative way of discussion throughout the training which helped in clarity of concepts. It really helped for passing the certification. I feel I took the right step before appearing for certification. Thank you Bonsy for being a wonderful mentor.

Great Class! Instructor was knowledgeable and informative!

The instructor/facilitator was absolutely amazing! She kept the class engaged and on track. I am able to apply what I have learned and already achieved my CSM Certification.

Attended the 2 day CSM training conducted by Bonsy. She was a great instructor and made the trainning sessions interactive with various activities and examples. The topics that were covered in the sessions were sufficient to clear the exam. I passed the exam on the same day of my trainning and it took me just 30 mins to complete it.

I am happy with the quality of teaching that I got. The facilitator was great and knew her onions. It was so easy to understand her and follow everything she taught!

Bonsy's class was great! She explained the concepts in a clear and straightforward way that made it easy to understand. I've taken several free classes on Scrum, but she was the first instructor to really help me understand the burndown chart. She also prepared us for the exam, and I passed on my first try!

The Scrum Master certification course led by Bonsy was excellent! She was engaging and very knowledgeable. And I appreciated the very helpful breakout sessions that she planned for us. Overall, a great class and would highly recommend.

I took a CSPO class led by Alexander ("Sasha") Frumkin and it was great! Sasha's class was very well organized and he's expert at leading interactive conversations. He presented a way of thinking about Scrum that I thought was clear, helpful, organized, and realistic to individual company organization structures. I would take a class led by him in the future.
