Excellent training.

As an individual with several years of experience in the agile domain and having served as a product owner, I found the training to be enriching and instrumental in enhancing my understanding of the role and its associated responsibilities. However, I would like to express my concerns regarding the duration of the training, which I believe impacted the overall effectiveness of the content delivery. Given the vast array of information and topics within this field, I felt that some subjects were either not covered adequately or were addressed too briefly. This could pose challenges for participants with limited or no prior experience, as they may struggle to fully grasp the material and would likely need to engage in additional self-study to gain a comprehensive understanding.

I attended the Scrum Master course which I found really helpful. It was straight to the point and interactive and helped me pass the exam. Bonsy was very knowledgeable and did a great job!

I enjoyed the learning aspect of becoming a Scrum Master, but I did not like the exam. As a former instructor in adult learning, the test is always more helpful to continue the language, the same way it was spoken/delivered in class. Having taught both younger and older students, this was common feedback across the "mature" adult student body. I believe the test would be more helpful, to solidify retention, if the language were more consistent with the instructor and the documents. In addition, there are too many documents for this 2-day course.

Bonsy was an amazing instructor! Her detailed knowledge of and real-world examples of Scrum made the class educational and fun. I would recommend Bonsy as an instructor, mentor, and coach. After taking her class, I even bought her book, "Sprint Your Way to Scrum".

The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and provided a mix of information and learning experiences that worked well for learning the role of scrum master and the scrum development process. I highly recommend UC Agile.
