The teacher, Bonsy, was great. Her soothing voice and pleasant demeanor made the two eight-hour sessions enjoyable. She was quick to answer all questions without missing a beat and that made her years of experience in the field glaringly apparent. At my present job I am often in a silo with management that is uninspiring and decades behind in managerial approach, so being in a class with like-minded people working in industries that already use Scrum was great. But I was not alone at being a newbie as there were others new to Scrum as well. It was a perfect mix. The experience was transformative.

I was worried that class would be boring, and not add meaning beyond the videos. HOWEVER! Bonsy did an amazing job explaining the content in engaging ways, provided context and real world examples, checked for understanding as any great educator does, and encouraged us to network. I thoroughly enjoyed this class, and it was well worth the investment. I now feel more prepared to transfer the skills I have to a Scrum role.

Bonsy was a great instructor. She gave us all the needed information, focused us on the most important things which helped many (based on Linkedin) pass their CSM at first attempt. I especially liked the engaging games in the groups. It let us not only learn about scrum but about each other, our reasons to come to the course and the like.
