Overall very smooth and comfortable experience

I arrived a week ago at the clinic … after initial consultation the work to be completed was more than I had expected but the clinic took care of everything and explained everything in great detail…. All my concerns were addressed and questions answered fully. Day 2 I began treatment under anaesthetic, this was my first experience and again my Co ordinator talked me through everything. I have found everyone to be most helpful and although my treatment won’t be completed for a few months i look forward to seeing the final results.

My second visit on after 2 years of first treatment; some of my crowns became loose. Obviously, I prefer that didn’t happen, but again, it was such an efficient service and for a person of colour, it’s a great country to be in. Airport pick up and drop off; pick up from and drop off to hotel for each appointment. I only needed to be there twice this time and the second was to review the adjustment which was made with an improved ‘cementation’ method from what was used 2 years prior. The people are the best and all multilingual it seems, including the cab drivers. And each time, there’s time to visit tourist attractions, recommended or swan off on your own…

Ich hoffe das wenn ich wieder komme das ich sie wieder als Betreuerin bekomme. Danke.

Clinic is beautiful Edit I returned to Attelia clinic to have more crowns put on top teeth and dental implants Again, fantastic service and lovely helpful staff I had to return shortly afterwards as experiencing pain in my jaw but staff explained and remedied problem immediately. My experience has been nothing but great. They provide shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and the dental location. They streamline everything to make it easy, comfortable, and safe throughout your entire trip. The staff has been professional and punctual, making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. From start to finish it was a great experience. I opted for the general anaesthetic. After some tests I went to sleep and when I woke most of the work was done. I spent the next day relaxing at the hotel which was amazing by the way. A few days later my new crowns were fitted and they look great! The staff were very friendly and helpful answering all my questions. So much better than my previous experience at home. And of course, the amazing value of the experience.
