I definitely wouldn’t recommend Attelia, I had 24 crowns fitted at the beginning of November 2023 and from day 1 of them filing my teeth until now I’ve had excruciating pain! Whilst I was there I was ringing and messaging them on the number provided with no response and left in pain, however when I wanted to book the treatment before having the crowns fitted they messaged back straight away every time! After having the crows fitted they advised the sensitivity and pain would be gone after 1 month, I contacted them in December to advise the pain still hadn’t gone away so they advised me to have Botox injected in to the masseter muscle as they suggested I was suffering from my teeth grinding at night! I had the Botox done which didn’t make a blind bit of difference so I decided to visit my own UK dentist who advised they had made the back crowns too big and had also made all the crowns in my mouth except one rear, 2’s & 3’s which doesn’t allow the ligaments and the muscles in the mouth to move as freely as they should. I confronted them about this and they advised they’d done it to fill gaps and strengthen the teeth to which my dentist advised this is nonsense and wasn't needed. My dentist then done X-Rays and suggested that 2 of the back molars needed to have root canals done as they had filled down my teeth too much whilst fitting the crowns which had damaged the nerve. I had this treatment done which relieved some of the pain but not all. At this point I spoke with them again to which they advised me to revisit but unfortunately my trust had gone by this point so my dentist referred me to a specialist. After seeing the specialist it was apparent that Attelia had changed my bite which they confirmed today but unfortunately it was completely out and no where near where it should be and I needed a splint made up to allow my muscle to relax so he could find the correct alignment and remove and remake some of the crowns to correct the bite. I have since spoken with Attelia today who completely disagree with everything the specialist has said and wanted me to revisit their clinic, I refused as I’ve got my dentist and a specialist both saying the same thing and as soon as the splint was fitted 2 weeks ago the pain stopped immediately and as soon as I take it out the pain starts again, so il stand with the specialists findings and not Attelia. I have asked Attelia for a refund of some kind to go towards putting right what they done wrong but they’ve declined, so if you want to pay Attelia £4500 for a set of crowns, UK Fees £90 X-Rays £200 - Botox £720 - 2 x Root Canal Treatment £50 - Specialist Consultation £695 - Splint £3200 - estimated cost by specialist to replace crowns that need to be redone = £4955 Plus 6 months of taking pain killers, passing blood and constipation from taking Remedine & Ibuprofen 3 times a day, everyday this is the place to go!

From start to finish the patient care is excellent. The staff are wonderful, the dental surgeons must be one of the best in Turkey. Special recognition to Ali and Derya who were great in looking after you. I would not hesitate in recommending Attelia if you are considering dental work.

This is my second visit and just like the first visit it has been such a simple process and the staff here especially Ayça have been wonderfull, I have been treated like royalty and cannot fault a single thing.

I came for a check up. I had been having problems with a lisp and smile. The staff here were wonderful they suggested that I needed to upgrade to titanium and zirconium they also changed my smile for me. All this was done free of charge to myself. Where do I start to rate Attelia Oral & Dental Health Center more than 5*. I was reluctant at first to have my treatment in Turkey due to bad reviews on other Dental Centres around Turkey. I researched for 8months on various Dental Centres within Turkey, Attelia kept popping up and had great reviews. My journey to Attelia was due to having all my top teeth crowned in 2017 in the UK, within 2 years, they were snapping off and fracturing my roots. I was left with 2 false teeth at the front and 4 at the back, UK dentist would not take responsibility of their failings. I contacted Attelia to make arrangements to travel for a consultation - I read somewhere it is good to send recent Xrays which allows them to work out some of the treatment you may need, but be advised there can be more treatment needed as XRays don't show everything. From choosing Attelia to my Hotel, from being picked up from the Airport, and picked up from the hotel every day to & from the clinic, all the Drivers are friendly and helpful which makes your journey easy. Attelia Centre: you are greeted by the coordinators who speaks very good English, the reception area is very clean/welcoming - you have a coffee area which is free, also free sandwiches, soups etc Treatment: was 3 visits - Feb 2023, Sept 2023 and my final trip March 2024. Emails give you 2 options of implants and crowns, I chose the top Spec of Implants (Straumann) and crowns/bridges due to having Rheumatoid Arthritis and an Underactive Thyroid (It's true you get what you pay for - these are your forever teeth, so choose wisely) - I also gave the dentist a list of my medication. Over my 3 visits - I had all my top teeth out, few at the bottom, I had bone graft, sinus fill. 10 Implants, root canal etc, you have quite a few xrays and impressions are taken, you are given a prescriptions for Painkillers, Medicated Mouthwash, Antibiotics if needed (Your driver takes you to the pharmacy) and in some cases ice packs for any swelling. I had 3 different co-ordinators on my 3 visits who all was very friendly and helpful including the co-ordinators who are not assigned to you - I can only remember my last co-ordinators name, he was called Firat, nothing was too much for any of them to help you, and not forgetting Demir who contacts you through WhatSapp - he inform you of your appointments and pick up times. My Surgeons - who did my implants was Dr Arif Erdem - he was very nice and reassuring. My Anesthetist - Dr Muge Kilic- she was amazing and made me feel relaxed/comfortable taking away my fears - she sat with me and we discussed what I was worried about being put to sleep, she reassured me she would be with me all the way, her assistants were also lovely and friendly. My Dentist: From start to finish was Dr Kubra T.Kahraman and her assistant - I really can't praise her enough, she was amazing, very professional and very patient (especially on how I wanted my teeth, looking back I must have been a nightmare) Above all she is a perfectionist, if she isn't happy with something or you are not she will stay to correct it no matter how long it takes. My last day of my final fitting was quite painful - she went above and beyond advising me on painkillers & warm salted water, she also stayed with me until my taxi came to pick me up at 21:00. All the dentists will not leave you until your treatment on that day is complete, no matter what time it is-I returned the next morning before I flew home for a final checkup that my teeth were OK The Technician: who was assigned to me was: Tugge (unsure of spelling) working together with Tugge and Dr Kubra - I told them I didn't want the perfect Hollywood Brilliant white straight teeth smile - I wanted similar to my original teeth which were slightly round at the bottom, I chose B1 colour - Tugge did what I asked and also to make them look more natural she asked if I wanted, she can put lines in my teeth as she seen how my original teeth looked like, I said yes, I love my teeth - except family, no one have noticed my teeth as they look natural, which I wanted 'perfect'. You will find around the front of the centre there are tip boxes at the coordinators desk, coffee assistant etc - which is perfect to tip as they do work hard. The Dentist? is up to you how you would like to thank them (They expect nothing) On my last visit I personally noticed the Technicians are overlooked and yet thanks to them your forever teeth are made adjusted etc for you. All in all the perfect smile you want is due to the dedicated diligent professionals of Attelia who are assigned to you. I will always recommend Attelia Oral Dental and please note: Once you are home you notice something wrong and you are unhappy of one thing or other - don't leave it, contact Attelia ASAP they will advise and correct it. If you travel on your own, you will meet new people who are there for the same reason as you.

I had teeth done over a year ago The teeth are too big they’ve moved even my uk dentist wasn’t happy there’s gaps in my teeth overall not happy when I contacted the dentist for help was advised by them I should change all teeth until I told them they were the ones who did the work All the money I spent and I’m not happy one bit Front teeth aren’t straight because they were filing them down to fit whilst I was in the chair at 9pm at night If you don’t choose to be used as advert they don’t give you the teeth they advertise I’m so irritated it’s not even a joke
