My application was well packaged, the communication was very effective - I was kept in loop and up to date in a timely fashion. I did not have to workout how to complete the forms etc. as Gordana practically took care of all that. I used the super priority service - I submitted my biometrics at 9:20am and by 12:11pm I received a confirmation email from Gordana that my ILR application has been approved. It was super quick which I think it boils down to the manner in which my application was packaged. The covering letter provided by DMS was very good, it summarised my immigration history perfectly, providing a concise summary for my application. I recommend DMS to anyone wanting to making an application to the Home Office. They make your life so much easy.
