I am sure the company are great at what they do, however I called 4 hours ago asking for someone to help me, someone said they would call me back to 4 hours. I was in the process of explaining my situation, when the lad Anne / Anna on the phone said "what the hell are you wasting my time for" then when I started to explain (that I wasn't and was still looking to use their service), she interjected to state "I'm glad to provide the free soundbite" in a very unsubtle sarcastic tone. It was then I thought I would not even bother explaining my full issue of how I could use their service, advised that if you are an expert on something, giving advice to someone who isn't doesn't mean you deserve a medal, it's just a nice thing to do (as I would do in my multiple businesses). I then decided to end the call, but still thanks her for her time and wished her a good rest of the d...didnt even get to say day before the phone went dead. If she is having a really rough day or has had some bad news, I will partially forgive, if not she needs some coaching on how to be a nice / helpful person.

I contacted DavidsonMorris via the e-mail contact link on their web-site with an Immigration enquiry. I received a reply in less than 24 hours. We then arranged a telephone call where they called me overseas to discuss my situation. It is very refreshing these days to receive such prompt and personal attention, and not have to fill in page after page of details just to be able to talk to someone. Can't recommend highly enough.
