Time has to be spent on getting used to using the device. Things were a little strange at first as it was a wholly different experience. After about a week and a half there was a marked difference in my bathroom habits, quite an improvement. I thoroughly recommend this unit, it takes a bit of courage and patience, but is well worth it.
