Very friendly and helpful on the phone with placing my order and making recommendations as I could not see the products in person before purchasing. Delivery was professional and friendly.

Victoria worked with me to give me a great price. Tony did an amazing job with the delivery! and i really appreciated how your company did not use tons of plastic wrap and bubblewrap, but blankets to wrap the furniture securely.

Teak Warehouse provides the best customer service and outdoor furniture. I've been working with Dixie and she always goes above and beyond. We had a big delivery in Nicholson Canyon and although the big trucks could not make it up the narrow steep hill she quickly made arrangements to have an outside vendor with smaller trucks do the delivery. I am so grateful for her service. Their outdoor furniture is definitely the best quality. I definitely recommend Teak Warehouse to anyone looking for luxury and quality for their outdoor space.

Had a hard time choosing, but sales associate was so helpful and patient. The only suggestion I would have for consumers, would to have more information on treating and protecting the new teak furniture. Also, to show how different it will look once oiled (if that is your choice).

I've purchased from Teak Warehouse in the past and needed some extras to match my existing set. Was so happy to learn about the Newport Heights pop up. I was able to order and pick up so much closer to home. The guys were so great at figuring out how to get all the pieces into my Rivian. Tetris!
